Wrong! We offer in-person and online classes. (If you are interested in online classes, we can help you get set up.) We present educational programs not only at our Lewiston location, but also at our Wilton and Norway offices, and sometimes at other locations.

Our Matter of Balance class is among our evidence-based, self-management education programs that provide tools for managing health threats. We also offer Tai Chi and yoga classes that help with balance.

In addition to our support groups, we have a knitting circle and book groups. And most people find being in any of our classes stimulating and fun.

After many years presenting the annual Aging Well Living Well Expo at Sunday River, we have decided to reconfigure the event so that it has a more local focus. Watch for news about our plans to bring an expo-style program to your county in the coming year. We hope the newly configured expo program will be convenient, and as informative and fun as ever.

We offer music therapy and art therapy programs, which offer stimulation for people like your father, while giving caregivers like you some breathing room.
