Effective October 1, 2023, OADS will be implementing regulatory changes to the Section 63 Home Based Care (HBC) program. The program name will change to Home Based Supports and Services (HBSS). Updated billing templates and rate sheets will be provided in the coming weeks.
Providers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the new regulations, along with implementing any necessary practice changes.
