Featured activity this month: Opening Minds through Art project. A Memory Café is a relaxed, social gathering for individuals living with memory changes and the people who care about them. These gatherings offer a welcoming, stigma-free space to enjoy conversation, meaningful activities, and connection with others on a similar journey. No diagnosis or referral required.
