SeniorsPlus will present 12th annual
Aging Well Living Well expo on Friday, October 4, 2019

If you are an older adult who understands the importance of living a healthy, active lifestyle, then the annual SeniorsPlus Aging Well Living Well Expo on Friday, October 4, at Sunday River, is a “must attend” event.

Highlights will include:

• Keynote speaker television personality and health and wellness professional Diane Atwood;

• Classes and workshops (included in the $25 registration fee), ranging from informative and educational to fun and creative;

• Breakfast and lunch (included in the registration fee);  

• The opportunity to explore necessary, serious learning such as preparing for the future, Medicare, down-sizing the home, self-employment, fraud/scams, and other topics. 

• The opportunity to try some first-time explorations on a variety of subjects including jewelry making and self-defense. 

• The opportunity to explore exhibitors' booths displaying a variety of products, services, and information. 

• Raffles for great gifts will benefit the educational classes of SeniorsPlus.

• Chondola ride tickets are just $3, to the top of the mountain for foliage viewing.
