Below are some important Provider updates for Section 63: Home Based Supports and Services (HBSS).
- In the past, SeniorsPlus sent invoices to the State twice monthly to increase frequency of payments to our Providers. In the new contract, SeniorsPlus is only able to bill one time per month. Once funds are received from the State, SeniorsPlus will promptly pay Providers.
- Please send all bills to SeniorsPlus within 45 days of service. SeniorsPlus will not be able to guarantee bills submitted to SeniorsPlus after 45 days of service will be paid.
- We are currently awaiting our encumbered contract. We’ll be submitting invoices for July and August once we receive notification about the new contract. Providers do not need to re-submit July or August bills.
- The Office of Aging & Disability Services has opened up the waitlist. You may be receiving some new staffing inquiries.
